Don't forget, there is no class on February 3rd due to 

parent teacher conferences. 

When we meet again 

we will be working with pastel drawing chalk.

The Guitars We Made In Art Class

These are a few of the wonderful guitars we made in art class on January 27th.

January 27th art class

For our third art class we will be making guitars. The art materials we will be using will be markers, glue, stamps and ink pads, glow in the dark strings (just for looks, not for strumming), scissors and art paper.

Art for Children Class #2

Our next class will be Tuesday, January 20th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. We will be making our own calendars. The materials we will use are markers, templates, and stickers. Students will be able to make artwork for each month. Since one hour is not enough time to complete the project I will send home a paper with the numbering of the days.

January 2015 classes

The catalog has arrived and classes start up again January 13th which is a Tuesday. Material fee is $15 per student. When all the fees are in I will purchase the art and craft supplies with the money.
I never know how many students I will have until the first night of class, but I bring plenty of art stuff for a full class on the first night. Tiny tots class limited to 15 students for each session. The class for the older students is limited to 24. For the first class our little ones will be making a little person. I have a photo of this here. The older students will be doing a drawing project on cartooning.
